Food Fun Friday-Le Chateau des fleurs Fall Cookies

It's September.
Fall is in the air! and these are THE easiest cookies and yummy too.
I found it on Random Fancy

Le Chateau des fleurs Fall Cookies
1 box carrot cake mix
2 eggs
1 C granola
1/2 C cinnamon applesauce (or applesauce and put in cinnamon like I did)
1/2 C melted butter

Mix all ingredients together
spoon drop a dollop of cookiemix on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook 400 degrees about 12 minutes, until the edges are a little bit golden.
THAT IS IT!!!
(although you could drizzle the top with chocolate)
I didn't and they are still yummy...
