Another plus for vinegar

 +

I am trying to clean up around these houses, and I found a very good cleaner.  I just used it and it sure cleans well and fairly cheap!  If it can just KEEP the soap scum at bay I'll be a happy camper!

1/2C of HOT vinegar
1/2C  blue dawn
1/2 C water
It breezes through all the soap scum in the shower, and sinks.
I'll just have to wait and see if it keeps the scum from coming back.

I have written about my love of  vinegar-cleaningness before.
It really is a strange amazing product that can help out around the house!
(my favorite is still the baggie tied up around the shower head for an hour, loosens the mineral deposits, and you take the bag off, brush off all the dirty 'deposits" and you're good to go.)

So go --- use that dawn and vinegar--- It will clean it right up.
You can thank me later.

I've used vinegar for years on windows and to clean the coffee pot. I'll have to try your of dawn and vinegar for the bathroom.

I'll have to try this. I already love to clean with Vinegar but have never tried Dawn to get the soap scum. I love stuff like this much more than the harsh chemicals.

You're inspired me! I'll mix some up right away. It reminds me of my mother's love for apple cider vinegar -- good for washing windows, rinsing hair and blending with bacon to top green beans!
