Food Fun Friday-Lofthouse Sugar Cookies

Easter IS all about sugar isn't it???
This was such a fast and easy recipe.. and you probably have the ingredients right there in your kitchen...

1 Pkg. white (vanilla cake mix)Align Center1/3 C. Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend cake mix, eggs, and oil until moistened. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookies sheet ( or line one with parchment. Flatten with a glass. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool 1 minute before removing to cooling rack. While the cookies are still a little warm, spread on some frosting. Allow the frosting to set up before storing.
This was super easy to make and really really sweet!!!! maybe next time I'll add less sugar in the frosting and use cream cheese. We took this to my brother-in-laws house, and they were gone in no time. So guess it wasn't too sweet for them!

ok, here is 'THEIR' picture of the yummy goodness.
I got this from sisterstuff here
