Wednesday Wisdom

Now more than ever I heed Charles Dickens admonition from A Christmas Carol "There is never enough time to do or say all the things we would wish. The thing is to try to do as much as you can with the time that you have. Time is short and suddenly you're not there anymore."

Nicely put. I have to remember that sometimes with my kids when I'd rather get the laundry done than sit on the floor and play with them. It won't be long before they won't want to play with me anymore, and they probably won't remember whether the laundry was done or not!!
