What I Need

I found this ? ('album') stand last summer at a Church Bazaar for five bucks. A little dented, faded, scratched and stained but sturdy. I just knew it was something I needed.
Now it
needed a little sanding (lost that picture) Then I spray paint primed it.
I spray painted the inside cream and the outside AQUA I used a gold glaze over the Aqua, with a bit heavier (professionally applied with my finger) around the edges. up close of glaze on the edges and there you go, a Fabric organizer! In my new favorite color, Aqua somehow fabric never does fold up neatly. especially the organza's!! Yep, that's all that fabric I made the flowers with ..here.. now I have it close at hand to make MORE.

Awesome! I used to buy things with the idea of fixing them up, but somehow I'd never get around to doing it, so I just stopped buying things. You did a beautiful job. I love the color! It's handy, too, which is an added bonus!

Hi Lisa!

Found you through your post at Maggies! Too funny when you go to a blog in Texas and read about someone in your home state! My Bro and sis in law are practically your neighbors, they live in Port Angeles.

Cute cabinet by the way!

I'm gonna follow and who knows, maybe we'll meet someday!

Stop by my little blog and say hi sometime!

Very cool! I really like the aqua with cream. I actually have a couple of similar pieces waiting to be painted. I'm sure they have all kinds of different uses!
