week one of the organization schedule

First of all, yes,  I know it is Christmas week.
We don't have anyone coming over for Christmas.
All the packages have been shipped.
All (most) the baking has been completed.
There is a lot of organization to be done.  Two houses twice the time and twice the trouble

This week says garage on the calendar.
hahahah , this week.  Organize the garage in a week?
I am laughing all the way to the garage and back.
Truth be told our garage is not as bad (almost) as this
and...truth be told, Mr. Produce would LOVE for our garage to look like this:
I fear it will not.
Ever.
Even in a new house with a three car garage.
Sorry honey, I like my garage sales too much.
Now I know what they mean by 'garage sales'...
I buy more stuff to put in our garage!

I am working on finishing up baking and sewing this week and hope I get it all done..love that hubby adds to it..while he sits on his butt..never lifts a finger...and then they wonder why we are so crabby and exhausted when its over..

uhhhh, who wouldn't love their garage to look like that!? wowza. my eternal project will be the basement. i got a 1/4 of it organized last week. i got .00000345 organized in the pantry. didn't even bat an eye at the hall closet. all three places annoy me every time i open the door and see their disgrace. can't wait to finish that basement.

I've never lived in a house with a garage or basement but I am pretty sure both are intended to hold household clutter and chaos. If your garage looked like that, what would you ever write down on your to do list? :)
