The free time day is long over

My 'free time day' started out pretty good.
Got my walk in first thing, did 3 loads of laundry, harvested some lavender,
made Mr. Produce lunch, made baby Carson a shopping cart cover...
But it was then I realized that I had to take my mother to the eye doctor....
and then she wanted to go to Hallmark...
and then Safeway...
sigh
Came home, made dinner...
and spent the rest of the evening with my NEW BEST FRIEND
The Silhouette Machine
and I am learning and watching the video's so I can make:
and this
and this
and this
and this
and this
and this
and this
and these
I think I need another day off.

I can't believe I have never thought to dry some of my lavender. You just made me think of that. Darn it! It's done blooming now.

You will have tons of fun with the Silhouette!

How FUN of a gadget is THAT??? Have never even heard of it!
Lovin' the Lavendar, Girlfriend! How'd you get it SO lush with all OUR rain???
Lisa, I'd take on a bazillion "visits and stops" if only to have my mom back. I think I was a good daughter. But I always think MAYBE I could have done more, spent more time, even though I saw her almost daily. I KNOW it's hard, you have your life, your family. But I'd give anything to just have her "here" to call and ask for a ride. Not in ANY way trying to guilt you! I KNOW how hard it can be,,,,In SO many ways. Just try and relax, breathe, and cherish the smallest of things!!

Love you Missy! Big Hugs,,,,,,you are doing awesome!
