Food Fun Friday-Ritz Chicken

This was a pretty simple meal but tasted pretty good. I give it a B+
You could even do without the butter. Mr, Produce likes a good sauce and this was just ok...but high on the easy and quick side.
I'll make it again but maybe with a different sauce.
(obviously you can tell by the picture I only made two chicken breasts- cut the recipe in half) Serves 5-6

Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
2 cups Ritz crackers-crushed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup melted butter
Crush the crackers in a food processor, or put in a zip lock bag and crush them. Then add Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Dip the chicken into the yogurt and then into the cracker mix. Place on a baking sheet. Then drizzle the melted butter over the chicken. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.

For the sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Heat on the stove top on low heat for about 15 minutes. Serve over chicken.
